Seasonal work at G's

We are busy all year round on the farms and in our packhouses. Our busiest period in the UK is from April to October. During this time we employ 1,700 seasonal workers.

We offer temporary vacancies at our Barway and Sandfields sites in agricultural work like planting, harvesting, packing etc. Our contracts are usually for 3 – 6 months, although we offer the opportunity to extend them. We are an operator of SAWS (Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme) which allows us to offer work in the UK to Romanians and Bulgarians.

Successful applicants will receive a written invitation from Barway Services Ltd and, if required, a SAWS work permit will be issued free of charge once you have arrived for work.
